Retired Southwest Airlines pilot Tammie Jo Shults has taken her place next to some of the giants of human flight, including Buzz Aldrin, Charles Lindbergh and Howard Hughes, after being inducted Thursday into the International Air & Space Hall of Fame in San Diego.
