This Soldier was retaliated against by her unit, ostracized by command and her peers and then forced to medically discharge without a opportunity to seek the proper diagnosis and treatment. To this date she believes like many other survivors that her command didn’t want to deal with the aftermath of rape or ruin their command time. The command individuals wanted to “silence” her after she reported her first rape in South Korea. Please refer to the attached timeline of incidents for further clarification.
